Responsibilities
Tasks

Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Design settings, scenic environments, costumes and lighting
