Munro Farm Supplies is looking to add to our team. We require an Equipment Operator in our Portage location. The successful candidate would become a key member of our team and would be operating our new, state of the art high clearance sprayer and fertilizer floating equipment. Key responsibilities would be to apply crop protection products and fertilizer accurately and in a timely manner to our customer's fields. The candidate would also be responsible for performing regular maintenance, cleaning and repairs to the equipment. Mechanical skills, a Class 1 or Class 3 licence would be definite assets. The ability to do repairs on our other trucks and equipment could be make this a full time permanent position for the right person. Welding experience would be a definite asset.
We work when our customers need us. This will mean extended hours during the spring, summer and fall application seasons including early mornings, late evenings and weekends. If you're up to the task contact me and we can discuss it in more detail.
