Pharmacy Assistant

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our Wynyard, SK location at Wynyard Pharmacy.

Job Description:
--Reporting to the Store Operator/Pharmacy Manager, and under the supervision of a pharmacist, this role is responsible for performing specific dispensing functions as outlined by provincial regulations and standards of practice. The successful candidate will be required to do in-town deliveries using the pharmacy delivery van.
--40 hours per week.
--The usual shifts will be Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. OR from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. OR from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
--This position will work 1 to 2 Saturdays per month.

Qualifications & Skills:
--Preference will be given to those who have retail Pharmacy experience.
--Candidates must have a permanent provincial driver's licence for in-town deliveries.
--Kroll experience is an asset.
--Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
--Able to work independently and have experience multi-tasking.
--Professional attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers.
--Due to this position’s sensitive nature, the successful candidate must complete a Criminal Record Check.
