Paver Operator/Screed Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced paver/screed operator

Duties:

• Operate heavy equipment, including pavers, skid steers and gravel truck

• Pave roads, parking lots, pathways, driveways and patches using appropriate equipment

• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Experience:

• 5+ years experience operating the screed

• 1A preferred, Class 5 mandatory

• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Skills:

• Screed Operation

• Commercial driving (preferred)

• Mechanical knowledge

• Heavy equipment operation
