Under the direction of the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager, the Branch Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing branch administrative support for the branch operations. They ensure that all assigned branch operations activities are in compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations as well as the Caisse’s internal policies and procedures.

What you bring:

  • One to two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • Well-developed technical skills specifically in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of branch operations, policies and procedures.
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
  • Detailed oriented and good auditing skills in order to ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in French is required, both written and verbal (intermediary is fine)
