We are looking for a full-time, results-oriented, Digital Marketing Specialist for our Digital Media Team based out of Calgary to help plan and execute PPC/SEM campaigns for our clients.

About the Role
This role involves the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns for clients, across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing etc. This role requires a strong desire to deliver results in the form of increased leads, sales, or qualified traffic, as well as an appetite for meeting and exceeding client goals. It’s a great opportunity for an analytically minded person with a passion for KPI-driven marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing
● Advise on digital advertising needs and develop advertising strategies.
● Development of and implementation of ad campaigns.
● Advise on ad creative and/or write ad copy.
● Ongoing account optimizations based on client goals.
● Preparation of monthly and ad hoc reports.
● Work collaboratively with our Client Services, Marketing Intelligence and Offline Media teams.
● Report on results to clients in a clear, professional, and effective manner.
● Managing individual campaign budgets more than $150,000/month

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Must Haves -
● 5+ years minimum of hands-on experience developing digital marketing strategy, setting up and managing digital media campaigns.
● Expert hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, and programmatic campaigns is required. Other digital channels are a plus.
● Familiarity with running E-commerce campaigns. Including experience with Google Merchant Center and E-commerce websites such as Shopify and Magento.
● Valid Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
● A bachelor's degree in business (marketing or another relevant field) is required.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
● Superior data analysis skills.
● Strong Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel skills.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English required at minimum), with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
