HACCP Coordinator / Receptionist

We are currently seeking a full-time HACCP Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities & Duties (HACCP Coordinator)
The HACCP Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of a HACCP system as well as prerequisite program for shipping and receiving, equipment and maintenance, training, sanitation and pest control, recalls and other operational control programs.
Reporting to the Plant Manager this position is responsible for but not limited to:
• Maintain the company HACCP system.
• Carry out weekly/monthly inspections.
• Track and file inhouse documents pertaining to HACCP.
• Ensure quality control and tracking of all incoming materials from different suppliers.
• Ensure quality control of end products in accordance with the HACCP Plan.
• Use a strong sense of urgency in a constructive fashion.
• Recommend improvements.
• Other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties (Receptionist)
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
• Answer phone and relay phone calls and messages.
• Other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.

HACCP certification preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Strong computer skills, good knowledge of MS Office.
Great attention to details
Team player with excellent work ethic and attendance, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
Able to work without direct supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
