Construction Project Coordinator:

Skill Sets Required:
• 5+ years of on-site experience is essential
• Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Word

Additionally Considered Assets:
• Red Seal Journeyman Certificate
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Engineering or A.Sc.T diploma
• Familiarity with estimating software like Sage Timberline
• Knowledge of NBC design and NECB requirements

Responsibilities:
• Assess site conditions and propose solutions for clients, collaborating with Project Managers, subcontractors and design professionals
• Utilize extensive on-site experience for effective problem-solving
• Support Project Managers and Site Superintendents in various project tasks
• Assist in construction estimates, scheduling, and management
• Foster a positive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture
• Cultivate trust and positive relationships with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Suppliers, and Trades
