Gateway Resources is an agency that supports individuals with Intellectual disabilities to live life to the fullest. We as Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) walk along side our residents to support and encourage independence and growth in all areas of life.. home,work and the community.

We are Growing and opening a couple new community residences in Winkler.

We currently have approximately 6 full-time opportunities available for Night AWAKE Staff.
The successful candidate will work 1 week on and then 1 week off (Wed-Wed) rotation. Currently all positions are at some of our Winkler locations. Night staff should be prepared to work from 10pm-8am and potentially a bit longer on the weekends. Exact times are yet to be determined. Start date as soon as possible.

Applicants must have a strong desire to work with people and support people with physical care needs through the night in their home.

Some housekeeping and cooking are also required.

Applicants must have a clear criminal record and Adult abuse registry
1st Aid and CPR or willingness to be trained
Valid Drivers license (5F)
be 18 years or older.

Training is provided.
