Digital Skills Instructor

We are looking for a Digital Skills Instructor with understanding and experience in Adult Education and a proven ability to support learners to use the skills gained to move into further training or employment.

This is a contracted position of varying lengths and delivery times. The contract is based on the needs and availability of our learners and partners. We work in cooperation with our learners, assessing their needs and customizing individual learning plans.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Applicant must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Experience and strength in delivering customized learning to a multi-level group that directly supports learning.
• Excellent computer skills to be able to instruct in various software and platforms based on the needs of learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of cultural intelligence.
• Perform required administrative tasks to support WEM Centre operations.

Applicants will be required to prepare a lesson plan and deliver a training demonstration session on a given topic.
