Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic

Penner International Inc. is currently seeking heavy duty mechanic Jorneyman or Level 1 – 3 apprentice, for our growing Steinbach Location. Heavy Duty Mechanic – Jorneyman will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for daily repairs and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Preventative maintenance service
• General equipment and vehicle repairs
• Maintain paper and electronic records
• Diagnose and repair equipment and vehicle deficiencies
• In field equipment service and repair
• Responsible for signing safety tickets
• Maintain a positive image to the customers and the general public
• Ability to plan work, self-direct in a fast-paces environment
What You’ll Bring
• Ability to read and complete work orders
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Assemblies utilizing proper PPE and have own tools
Requirements
• A valid class 5 driver’s license
• Level 1 – 3 of Apprentices are encouraged to apply
4 working day during a week from 7am - 4 pm. Saturday from 7 am - noon.
