Mexican Food Restaurant combine a vision where traditional Mexico and contemporary Mexico can coexist together. We started in 2011 with the family business ¨Made In Mexico¨ in Newmarket but after falling in love with the town of Midland we decided this was the perfect place to start our new project. We chose the name of Zanca because it is a word that is only used in the Guerrero region where we come from and it is a colloquial way of saying "my friend". We want to share our love for our culture with everyone and make you part of our family.
