Part-time brand ambassador

Position Overview:
We seek reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as mystery shoppers. As a mystery shopper, you will evaluate and provide feedback on various aspects of the customer experience, including service quality, cleanliness, product availability, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct covert visits to assigned locations, posing as a regular customer.
Evaluate the customer experience based on predetermined criteria provided by the company.
Interact with employees naturally to assess their customer service skills and adherence to company policies.
Document your observations and findings in a detailed and objective manner.
Submit completed evaluation reports within specified deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality regarding your mystery shopping assignments and findings.

Qualifications:
Excellent observational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong writing skills and proficiency in English.
Access to transportation for travel to assigned locations.
Previous experience as a mystery shopper is preferred but not required.
