RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General office administration duties including general financial bookkeeping
• Process payroll, generate T4 and charitable receipts.
• Preparing bulletin content and PowerPoint slides using Microsoft Office.
• Recording parish information in software (sacraments, new parishioners etc.)
• Coordinating events with various committees
• Minutes for Parish Council and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 or more years of experience in an administrative role including financial bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of the Catholic Faith
• Skilled with Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be proficient in business English.

Wage – $18 - $20/hr depending on qualifications
Part-Time Permanent (approx. 10 - 20 hours a week). Many duties can be performed outside of regular business hours. Scheduling is very flexible to the needs of the selected applicant.
